Roll out cookie dough and use largest heart cutter from cutter set to cut cookies. Bake and cool.
Use spatula and rose royal icing to ice cookie.
Tint ½ oz. of white fondant red. Roll out 1/8" thick and use third smallest heart cutter from set to cut second heart.
Score lines, ¼" apart, on surface of fondant heart with the Fondant Cutter/Embosser.
Attach fondant heart to cookie with damp brush.
Use piping gel in cut disposable decorating bag to pipe a dot on White Sugar Pearls before attaching to fondant heart.
