For the ribbon flower, cut a 12-inch piece of ribbon. At one side make small scissor snip and tear off wire edging. Reveal wire at each end of ribbon and pull tight to make circle, twist ends of wire to secure. Glue on rhinestones and trim.
Paint the front and back of the oval frame using Indian Turquoise acrylic paint. Let dry.
Using the frame as a template, trace the outer and inner oval onto the Paris (base) paper. Cut out.
Using Mod Podge, adhere the paper to the frame. Let dry.
Mix Burnt Umber paint with water to make a wash. Brush over the paper on the front and the paint on the back of the frame. Wipe and blot using a paper towel until the right amount of antiquing is achieved.
Antique the edges of the front of the frame by rubbing the Chestnut Roan cat eye ink pad around the edges.
Randomly rub Mod Podge using your finger over the front and side of the frame and sprinkle silver glitter. Shake off and let dry.
Attach hot fix rhinestones around the edge of the box lid, evenly spacing each stone. (Or using a small dot of glue, attach gems).
Antique the Pearl Ribbon using Latte Alcohol Ink and Blending Solution. Let dry.
Gather ribbons and trim and tie beads and charms onto the ends. Attach the other ends to the back of a ribbon flower
Using hot glue, adhere a ribbon flower and trim to the frame.
