Project Instructions
- Trace circle on light brown foam. Trace oval onto red felt and mustache on brown felt. Cut all out.
- Glue mustache to face. Glue the red hat to the top of the head keeping fairly low. Add a small piece of red for a stem.
- Using a black marker add eyes and a mouth.
- Glue pin to back.
