Paint outside edges of frame and inside edges of photo opening with black craft paint. Set aside to dry
Paint outside edge of “Friends” with green paint and top side with black paint. Set aside to dry.
Paint the outside edge of the heart with black paint and set aside to dry.
Select two prints from the Neon Lace Stack™. Measure and cut the first print to fit on the right and left sides of the frame/photo opening. Measure and cut the second to fit on the top and bottom of the frame/photo opening. Adhere all four pieces in place. Take embossed floral ribbon and adhere a strip underneath the photo opening. Adhere two additional strips (one on each side) of the inside edges of the prints to the right and left of the photo opening. Your ribbon should form an “H.”
When it is completely dry, take the word “Friends” and apply 3-in-1 glue to the “F”. Quickly add glitter on top, dumping off any excess onto the surface in front of you. Repeat this process for the “i,” “n,” and “s.” Set aside to dry.
Cover the front of your wooden heart with the same print used on the sides of the frame. Apply a small line of 3-in-1 glue around the edge of the heart and cover this with glitter. Set aside to dry.
Once the glitter on the heart is dry, cut a 5½" section of the gingham ribbon. Adhere the loose ends to the back of the heart, creating a loop on top. Set aside momentarily.
Take a piece of tulle and loop it around the right side of the frame, bringing it up through the photo opening. Thread the gingham loop on the heart onto this and tie it off in a bow.
Adhere the word “Friends” to the top section of the frame using hot glue. Allow frame to sit for a few minutes before displaying.
