Project Instructions
Step: 1
Slice 1/3 off Styrofoam ball. Retain for other use.
Step: 2
Paint ball Holly Berry Red and pot Carnation Pink.
Step: 3
Use craft knife to score flat side of ball to resemble mushroom gills. Paint Daisy Cream. Set aside to dry.
Step: 4
Trace and transfer door and window patterns on pot.
Step: 5
Paint windows Fiesta Yellow, shutters Holly Berry Red and door Petunia Purple.
Step: 6
Use liner and Wrought Iron Black to outline door and windows. Add doorknob.
Step: 7
Paint large polka dots on ball with Petunia Purple.
Step: 8
Position and press flat side of ball down onto pot firmly to mark. Use craft knife to hollow out about a one-inch recess from inside the circle. Apply glue inside recess, position and push down over pot for roof.
Step: 9
Fold chenille stem in half and twist together. Position and adhere pom-pom on flower, flower and leaves on stem. Push stem into roof.
