- Round Glass Bowl Vase
- Alcohol (to clean glass)
- Brushes: #12 Flat, #0 Liner
- Container of Water
- Palette or Plastic Plate
- Paper Towels
- Painter’s Tape
Project Instructions
Step: 1
Note: Allow to dry between steps.
Step: 2
Preparation: Clean glass with alcohol. Air-dry or dry well with paper towel or soft cloth.
Step: 3
Insert pattern into vase and secure with tape.
Step: 4
Use #12 flat brush and White to base flower shape. Repeat around bowl changing position of pattern each time. Remove pattern.
Step: 5
Paint over flowers, alternating Bright Orange, Calypso Blue, Citron Green, and Razzle Berry.
Step: 6
Use liner brush to outline shapes with White.
Step: 7
Use liner to add starburst detail to flower centers with contrasting colors.
Step: 8
Use brush handle end to dot detail lines.
Step: 9
Follow label instructions for dry time and/or baking instructions.
Tips
Use photo as a guide and follow manufacturer’s instructions for all products used.
Place pattern inside clear glass and secure with tape instead of transferring design.
