- To make 14 double points
1 ½ inch red ribbon - 1 ½ yards cut into 4 inch pieces
1inch blue ribbon - 1 ½ yards cut into 4 inch pieces - 3 cardboard backing circles
- 7 Silver glitter star stickers

5 yards of 1 ½ inch red ribbon - cut into 1 yard pieces
5 yards 1 ½ inch blue ribbon - cut into 1 yard pieces - Embellishment for flower

Red and white “#1”
Blue and white “We are #1” football - Streamers and garlands - ½ yard each
Metallic red and white “gum wrapper” braid
8 each color assorted printed red, blue and clear streamers
2 silver star garland
4 Silver curling ribbon

Project Instructions
Step: 1
Make about 14 double points - Layer 1 ½ inch red ribbon with 1inch blue ribbon on top. Staple each point twice to secure and staple to cardboard backing circle spacing evenly all around. Add a silver glitter star sticker to every other one.
Step: 2
Prepare flower and attach to the backing with the points.
Step: 3
Make a backing with basic backing streamers in blue and red - Take 1 piece of each color of the 1 yard pieces and lay one on top of the other. Fold in ½ so that the right side of the ribbon still shows on both sides (the top will make a point). Then staple the point onto another cardboard backing circle in 1 row of 2 and 1 row of 3, overlapping slightly.

Add onto flower with hot glue

Step: 5
Hot glue or staple onto streamers

Step: 6
Hot glue or tie the following embellishments as shown
Several silver cowbells
Large 3D red star
Large blue and white 3D football
Blue football helmet
Blue and white “touchdown”

Step: 7
Hot glue the flower/point backing circle to the streamer back. Hot glue the garter to the streamer back. Hot glue the 3rd backing circle to the back of that to finish.
