Bake and cool cupcake in standard Pink Damask baking cups.
Melt red Candy Melts® and place in disposable bag with ¼" cut off of tip. Fill in solid Valentine Heart candy pick molds; refrigerate to set.
Tint white Candy Melts® pink with color from candy color set; place in cut disposable bag and pipe in back of cake pink. Refrigerate to set.
Ice cupcakes smooth with spatula.
