Follow directions on package and cover the 4-inch ball with paper clay. Use small amount of water on your fingers to smooth the clay. Set aside and let dry.

Paint ball with flesh colored paint, let dry. Use Sharpie to draw on eyes.

Cover dowel rods with red and white chenille steps, wrapping one color at a time and then the other to create strip.

Cover the half eggs with Paperclay, creating an elf shoe. Let dry.

Brush on Mod Podge over surface of elf shoe and sprinkle on glitter, let dry.

Make hole in top of elf shoes and insert dowels for legs.

Glue one jingle bell on each shoe.

Cover large half of ball with Mod Podge and sprinkle with glitter, cover entire ball. Let dry.

Paint napkin ring flesh color, let dry.

Glue napkin ring to top of glitter body, glue head to top of ring.

Cut scarf from desired felt color, gluing 2 pieces together to create length -3 inches wide by 15 inches. Fringe ends, wrap around neck and secure with glue.

Twist red and white chenille stems together to create arms—make two.

Cut mittens from felt place 2 together and stitch around outer edge leaving straight edge open. Insert one end of chenille stem for arm and lightly stuff around with Poly-fil, glue edges closed.

Insert arms into side of glittered body.
