Project Instructions
Cut scrapbook paper to desired size.
Cover the back of the paper with Mod Podge®. Adhere to candle where desired. Let dry.
Apply a coat of Mod Podge® to entire candle, including over the scrapbook paper attached in Step 2.
Pour a good amount of glitter into pan. Roll candle in glitter until completely covered.
If some spots need more glitter, let dry completely and repeat steps 3-4.
