Necklace

Step 1 Cut 28" of stretch cord.

Step 2 Start with making a heart dangle. String the heart bead (with the faceted bead in center of the heart) through the top of the heart.

Step 3 Put tape on stretch cord 2" to 3" from end preventing heart from sliding off.

Step 4 From top of heart, string on beads as shown, stringing heart beads with faceted bead in center.

Step 5 String to about 19", or to desired length, making sure it will go over head.

Step 6 Feed cord back into top of heart. May have to pull cord with tape snug to fit other cord through.

Step 7 Make a double or triple knot to prevent beads from sliding off.

Step 8 Put a dab of glue on knot for extra security.

Step 9 Trim ends.

Bracelet

Step 1 Cut 18" of stretch cord.

Step 2 Make heart dangle as before in the necklace instructions.

Step 3 String on beads to 7" in length to top of heart or desired length to fit wrist.

Step 4 Feed stretch cord back into heart as in the necklace instructions.

Step 5 Finish off as in the necklace instructions.
