Gnome Family (Crochet)

Each gnome measures 8" tall including cap.

1. Only small amounts of each color are needed. Many gnomes can be made from 1 skein of each color.

2. When fastening off at the end of a round. You may wish to finish with an invisible join, as follows: Cut yarn, leaving a long tail. Pull up on last loop on hook until tail is drawn all the way through the last stitch. Thread tail onto yarn needle. Insert yarn needle under both strands of 2nd stitch of round, then insert needle down through last stitch. This creates a loop that looks like the top of a stitch. Weave in the remaining tail.

3. Stuff pieces lightly. Do not over stuff.

4. Gauge is not critical. Work tightly to ensure that stuffing does not show through stitches.
