Project Instructions
Step 1: Paint frame brown. Let dry.
Step 2: Use Mod Podge® to apply paper to frame. Let dry completely.
Step 3: Use X-ACTO® knife to cut paper to fit frame.
Step 4: Put Tip Top on Metallic Gold paint and outline design. Add dots as desired.
Step 5: Glue braid around outer edge of frame.
