Grand Picot Scarf (Crochet)
Open up yarn as work progresses to reveal the mesh. One end of the yarn has a wide border; work stitches along this border through closest row of loops. To crochet, insert hook through next loop, pull this loop through loop already on hook to complete the stitch.

Gauge
Gauge is not important in this project. Work evenly and consistently throughout.
Finished Measurements
Scarf measures approximately 4½" wide and 46" long.
SCARF
Insert hook in first loop nearest the wide border, * skip one loop, insert hook into next loop and pull through as if to slip stitch; rep from * 20 times, slip stitch in 19th stitch from hook, creating a picot loop. Repeat from * until piece measures 46". Fasten off.
FINISHING
Weave in ends. If desired, sew ends in place with sewing needle and thread.
