Project Instructions
Paint frame red with foam brush. Let dry.
Paint flowers as shown with paintbrush. Let dry.
Embellish flowers with gemstones, attaching with Mini Glue Dots®.
Adhere grandmother sticker, flower and saying strip as shown.
