Project Instructions
Paint the outside of the voitive holder with two coats of the Martha Stewart Crafts™ Frost Etching Effect. Let dry.
Pour Mod Podge® into a shallow dish. Dip the top of the votive holder into the Mod Podge® and then dip into the Diamond Dust™.
