Select the flower charm. Cut off the loop on the back with side cutters and file to smooth any rough edges.

Cut one piece of felt into a circle, approximately ½" in diameter. Glue one side of felt circle on the hair clip using glue gun.

Take the silk ribbon and cut a five-petal flower shape (one piece) in each of the following diameters: 3", 2-7/8", 2¾", 2½", 2", 1-7/8", 1¾" and 1½".

Using the glue gun, attach the silk flowers cut from step above so that the largest diameter flower is on the bottom and the smallest diameter on the top. Proceed to glue to the flower charm from first step on the middle- most part of the top flower. Let the flower completely cool and dry.

Take the flower created from last step and apply glue on the back and attach on the felt circle on the hair clip.
