Project Instructions
Pull out banner and pennant kit. Separate all the parts, laying them out in front of you. Combine the toppers with the different pennants you would like to use. Adhere these together.
Cut ribbon long enough to display your banner where you would like. Lay pennants out along the ribbon in the order you would like to use them, ensuring that the coffin is in the middle. Punch holes in them (if desired) or use clothespins to attach them to the ribbon.
Embellish or leave as is.
