Wrap the center of the battery operated candle with a strip of scrapbook paper, if desired. Tape the paper securely around the candle with double-sided tape.
Wrap a band of ribbon around the pillar candle. Secure with hot glue.
Tie or fold the ribbon into a bow.
Feed a 3" piece of wire behind the bow through the tied ribbon. Twist the wires closed.
Cut three short, varied lengths of chain.
Feed the wire through the last link in the chains. Twist the wire to secure the chain in place.
Place a lampwork bead onto a head pin. Bend the pin to form a right angle. Cut the pin approximately ¼" beyond the bead. Use the round end of your pliers to grasp the end of the pin and curve the pin by using a rolling motion to fold it over a single round prong. Close the loop around a link on the chain.
Continue the above step with all the remaining beads.
Hot glue the bow and chain with beads dangle, to the ribbon that is on the candle.
