Project Instructions
Pumpkin Sticker Popper
Cover a small cardboard tube with black tissue paper. Make sure to leave about 3½" extra on each end of the tube.
Cut 2" into the excess tissue paper on both ends with the fringe scissors. Tie each end with a piece of black ribbon as shown.
Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit around the tube and adhere.
Cut a smaller piece in a different pattern and adhere around the center of the popper.
Add pumpkin stickers to the center of the popper.
Trick or Treat Popper
Cover a small cardboard tube with orange vellum paper from the paper pad. Make sure to leave about 3½" extra on each end of the tube.
Cut 2" into the excess paper on both ends with the fringe scissors. Use a toothpick to curl the fringed vellum. Tie each end with a piece of black ribbon as shown.
Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit around the tube and adhere.
Cut a smaller piece in a different pattern and adhere around the center of the popper.
Add phrase sticker to the center of the popper.
