Material List
- Clear Ornament
- Wiggle Eyes – Glow in the Dark
- Enamel Paint – Black
- Sponge (or Foam Brush)
- Ribbon (or Fishing Line), Thin – Black
- Low Heat Glue Gun
- Newspaper
- Foam Plate
Project Instructions
Remove cap from the ornament and set aside.
Spread out newspaper on work area.
Squeeze a small amount of black paint on a plate. Dip a sponge or foam brush into the paint and apply to the ornament. Let dry completely. Paint the cap and let it dry.
Hot glue eyes, as desired, onto the ornament. Refer to photo.
Replace cap and glue some eyes along the edges.
Cut a length of thin black ribbon or fishing line and attach for hanging.
