Material List
- Black T-Shirt, size-to-fit
- Black “Cheer” Shorts
- Red Cap
- Low Temperature Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
- Suspender Buckles, 2
- Pencil
- Scissors
- Ruler
Project Instructions
Attach the suspender buckles to the shorts.
Cut two strips of Red Duck Tape the desired length for suspenders. Fold each strip over length-wise to create the suspenders. Thread one end of each through the suspender buckles.
Press Download Pattern button at bottom right hand side of project page, print pattern and cut out.
Trace the fan blade pattern two times each on white and black foam sheets for a total of four blades. Cut out.
Glue the fan blades to the top of the hat, black to black and white to white, as shown.
Lay the black t-shirt flat. Tape strips of White Duck Tape horizontally across the shirt, leaving 2-inch gaps of black shirt between each white stripe.
