Halloween Paper Cone Wreath
Use double sided paper for this project so when you make each roll, both patterns show.

Cut desired papers into 6"x6" for large cone, 4"x6" for medium cone and 4"x4". You will use approximately 20 plus per size to complete wreath.
Use cardboard on back of paper pad to cut 9" circle as the base.
Roll papers into a cone shape and secure with hot glue.
Make all your cones before assembling wreath.
Start with largest cones and glue to backing circle to create your first layer.
Add medium cones between large cones.
Fill in piece with the smallest cones.
Cut 6" circle of desired scrapbook paper from pad and glue to top center of cones. Use image as a guide.
Use your desired embellishments to add to center paper.
Glue ribbon to back for hanger.
