Project Instructions

Create POISON phrase. Using A Frightful Affair cartridge and dark orange glitter cardstock, select Phrase feature and cut one 2½" . Using black cardstock, select Phrase feature, press Shift, and cut one 2½" . Repeat cut using dark orange cardstock and Shadow/Phrase Shadow feature. Adhere layers together.

Create DEATH phrase. Using off-white cardstock, select Phrase feature, press Shift, and cut one 2¾" . Repeat cut using black cardstock and Shadow/Phrase Shadow feature. Adhere layers together.

Cut mirrored shadows. Using dark orange cardstock, select Flip function, select Shadow/Phrase Shadow feature, press Shift, and cut one 2½" . Using black cardstock, select Flip function, select Shadow/Phrase Shadow feature, press Shift, and cut one 2¾" .

Assemble party picks. Trim skewers to 6". Adhere skewers behind POISON and DEATH. Adhere a ragged trip of cheesecloth behind DEATH. Adhere mirrored shadows behind phrases to cover skewers.

Use finished party picks to decorate candy bowls, cupcakes, flower arrangements,and more.
