Project Instructions
Fold an 8½"x5½" red panel in half to form card base.
Layer a 4"x5¼" panel of striped paper on a 4-1/8"x 5-3/8" yellow panel.
Tie ribbon around the lower part of the layered panels.
Adhere layered panels to card front.
Stamp cake and words in black ink on a white panel and color with markers.
Adhere the stamped panel to a slightly larger red panel and then onto card front just above the ribbon.
