Project Instructions
Paint hands orange and let dry.
Drill hole in center of plaque for clock movement.
Drill two holes at bottom center of plaque for bells.
Follow directions on clock movement and assemble onto plaque.
Cut two bells from door hanger and thread jute through hole, tying in back.
Use piece of jute to tie the bells together with shoe string bow to finish.
