- DecoArt Americana Gloss Enamels- Tuscan Red
- Rectangle Wooden Frame
- 3/4" Flat Brush
Project Instructions
Step: 1
Basecoat frame Tuscan red. Allow drying.
Step: 2
Using the pattern provided, write "HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY" with the white marker. Make the scrolls using the blush pink marker and the heart using the pink marker.
Step: 3
Highlight the hearts with the white marker.
Step: 4
Shadow the letters, scrolls, and hears with black marker.
