Project Instructions
Paint entire frame, front and back, with white Craft Smart® paint. It may take a couple of coats to cover the frame completely.
Trace the design of the frame onto the back side of a piece of scrapbook paper and cut out the shape.
Use decoupage glue to adhere scrapbook paper to frame.
Glue ribbon across the bottom of the frame and add twine on top, as shown.
With black Craft Smart® paint, add words of choice across the top of the frame.
When project is dry, use white Craft Smart® paint to highlight letters.
