Project Instructions
- Paint plaque red and let dry.
- Glue doily to center of plaque using glue stick.
- Remove backing from sticker heart and place in center of doily.
- Using liquid glue, glue pom poms around outer edge of doily as shown.
- Add loop of ribbon for hanger. Secure to backside of plaque with glue. Let dry.
