Bake and cool cupcake in standard Pink Damask baking cups.
Melt red Candy Melts® and place in disposable bag with ¼" cut off of tip. Fill in solid Valentine Heart candy pick molds; refrigerate to set.
Ice cupcakes smooth with spatula.
Unmold candy picks and position on top of cupcake.
Sprinkle tops of cupcakes with Fill Your Heart sprinkles.
