- Rectangle Frame with Hearts, Large

- Foam Plates
- Paper Towel
- Sandpaper, Fine Grit
Project Instructions
Step 1 Base coat scroll sections with Poodle Skirt. Base coat hearts with Raspberry Ice. Sand frame. Reapply base colors.
Step 2 Apply two to three coats of Cotton Candy glitter to Poodle Skirt areas, paint to in between coats.
Step 3 Paint Candy Apple glitter to Raspberry Ice areas, allowing paint to dry between coats.
