Project Instructions
Start with the blue polka dot paper as the background.
Cut a strip of the striped paper approximately 4" wide and adhere to the background using the tape runner.
Adhere the ribbon as shown using tacky tape.
Double mat photos using white cardstock and checked paper.
Tie white satin ribbon around the matted photo and knot at the front of the mat. Adhere to the background using one to two layers of Pop Dots™ for added dimension.
Adhere stickers and memorabilia as shown.
