Hello Layout with Color Magic

Step 1 Measure 3" from the top, and 3" from the bottom, and tape off a horizontal section of the Color Magic paper using painter's tape.
Step 2 Carefully spray Mustard Color Shine inside the taped-off area.
Step 3 Using a paper towel, spread Color Shine inside taped-off area, and wipe away excess.
Step 4 If desired, polish the resist using a paper towel and glass cleaner.
Step 5 Cut a ½"x9" strip of Pink on Pink diagonal strip from the Sugar Chic paper pack. Adhere under the yellow section, as shown.
Step 6 Cut off one edge of the yellow-with-stars Vintage Chic note card. Adhere the larger piece bottom right ¼" from the edge. Adhere 1½" piece at the top right, ¼" from the edge.
Step 7 Spray Black Velvet Color Shine onto a small Color Magic pennant and wipe away excess spray. Use a paper towel and glass cleaner to polish, if desired. Adhere pennant over the Vintage Chic note at the bottom of the page.
Step 8 Adhere three mini Instaframes to the right of “Remember” in the Color Magic paper. Add 2½"x2½" photos inside the frames.
Step 9 Cut dark pink banner, and three flags from the element sheet in the Sugar Chic paper pack. Adhere banner across the bottom of the yellow section, anchored under the left-most Instaframe.
Step 10 Adhere three yellow chevron flags in top right corner.
Step 11 Create a 1" flag cut from pink diagonal paper. Adhere to top right corner.
Step 12 Add “hello” chipboard above the bottom Vintage Chic note. The “hello” chipboard is self-adhesive.
Step 13 Use black alpha stickers to add the word “HELLO,” as shown.
Step 14 Add the chipboard camera, yellow and pink chipboard heart to the left of the title. (The chipboard pieces are all self-adhesive.)
