Project Instructions

  1. Paint both sides of the clothespins with green. Let dry.

  2. Twist the ends of 3 chenille stems together to create one long strand. Thread the long strand through the clothespin springs as shown, alternating clothespins and beads until the wreath is complete as shown.

  3. Twist the ends of the strands together to create a loop for hanging.

  4. Twist the extra chenille stem into a 3-inch circle. Place the circle inside the wreath. Turn every other clothespin towards the center and attach it to the circle. This will stabilize the wreath when hanging.

  5. Tie a bow onto the wreath just below the hanger. Trim the ribbon ends as shown or as desired.

  6. Once complete, hang the wreath on a flat surface such as a wall or door. Display your favorite Christmas cards or pictures.

Tips

Clip clothespins to a piece of scrap cardboard while painting.
