- Striped Scrapbook Paper (Red, Pink, Green, and Blue)- 2 Sheets
- Red Patterned Scrapbook Paper- 1 Sheet
- Pink Scrapbook Paper- 1 Sheet
- Black Letter Stickers- 1 1/2”
- Rhinestones- 4 Red and 3 Pink
- Distress Ink
- 16 Gauge Wire- Silver
- Satin Ribbon- Red
- Liner Brush
- Hot Glue
Project Instructions
Step: 1
Basecoat plaque with Hauser Green Light; dry, then dry brush with Nutmeg
Step: 2
Paint ornament Pink; dry
Step: 3
Cut 6 strips of striped paper in ½” widths and distress
Step: 4
Use the ornament as a template, trace and cut out 1/2” inside the traced line that you drew
Step: 5
Use Mod Podge to attach striped paper around edges of plaque and red paper to ornament
Step: 6
Attach the letter stickers to the pink paper then cut out each letter so that each has a pink border
Step: 7
Use Mod Podge to attach your letters to the plaque (refer to photo)
Step: 8
With liner brush, paint thin Pink lines in the center of each letter (refer to photo)
Step: 9
Give the entire plaque and ornament a coat of Mod Podge; dry
Step: 10
Make an ornament hanger with the wire and use hole in ornament to attach
Step: 11
Tie the red ribbon into a bow and use hot glue to attach the ribbon and rhinestones to ornament then glue to the plaque (refer to photo)
