Create a cloud template from a piece of cardstock.
On a piece of 3¾"x5" white cardstock, stencil clouds on paper using a pale blue dye ink pad and sponge applicator. Start at the top of the paper, place template on an angle, then change the angle and continue down to the bottom of the card. Also, sponge light blue ink around the edge of the paper.
Stamp two small hot air balloons on cloud background paper, use a deep blue ink pad.
Stamp large hot air balloon on card with a hot pink ink pad directly on the cloud background paper. Then stamp the image again on a piece of orange cardstock. Cut out the top of the balloon, and the basket only. Adhere the top of the balloon with foam tape over the image you stamped. Tape a few pieces of pink sheer ribbon to the card first, this makes it look like the balloon is sailing. Glue a piece of solid ribbon across the middle of the balloon. Add rhinestones to the ribbon.
Die-cut punch three hearts from white cardstock. Ink the edges with pale blue dye ink pad. Adhere the hearts to the cloud background and place one small one on top of the large balloon for dimension. Edge each heart with glitter glue. Let dry.
Mount card on a piece of 4"x5¼" orange cardstock. Then mount this piece on a folded 8½"x5½" hot pink card base.
