Project Instructions
Cut two 8" sections of the Bead Landing™ chain to be used as the base for the necklace.
Attach a jump ring to each end of the 8" sections.
Attach one part of the toggle to two of the jump rings that are attached to the 8" sections.
Cut an 8" length of Beadalon® wire. Thread a crimp onto one end of the wire. Feed the end back through the crimp to form a small loop. Using a jewelry crimping tool, crimp the bead to hold the wires securely in place.
Begin threading the Bead Landing™ small link chain onto the Beadalon® wire. Place several loops of uneven lengths onto the wire.
Slide one turquoise bead onto the wire.
Continue to add uneven loops of chain in between each bead as it is added.
When all the beads have been added, finish with more loops of chain.
Slide a crimp bead onto the end of the Beadalon® wire section. Thread the end of the wire back through the crimping bead, to form a small loop. Using a jewelry crimping tool, crimp the bead to hold the wire securely in place. Trim the excess wire with jewelry cutters.
Attach each end of the Beadalon® turquoise bead section to the 8" lengths of chain, with a jump ring.
Before closing the jump rings, thread a few links of chain onto each jump ring. Loosely wrap and attach the chain along the 8" sections of chain, using jump rings as necessary.
