- Self-Adhesive Bling
- Charger Plate (color of choice)
- Glass River Rocks (color of choice)
- Sequin Pins
- Scrapbook Paper (color and pattern of choice)
- Double-Sided Tape
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Wrap scrapbook paper around candle and secure.
Wrap ribbon around candle as desired and secure in back with sequin pins.
Add bling as desired.
Place pillars on charger and scatter glass river rocks around candlescape.
Note: Candles embellished with paper should be used for decorative purposes only and should not be lit.
