Project Instructions

Print pattern (download below). Place kitty pattern under a piece of freezer paper and trace over design. Cut out center of design to create stencil. Place freezer paper stencil waxy side down on center of shirt and iron in place to form a temporary bond.

Insert Fashion Form™ inside shirt to prevent paint from seeping through to other side.

Brush a solid coat of turquoise paint inside stencil. Let dry then peel away freezer paper stencil and discard.

Place two clear crystals on kitty’s face for eyes. Set in place with the cordless heat-setting tool, following instructions on package.

Cut out wreath pattern, then pin in place on felt. Cut around pattern, creating a felt wreath.

Heat set crystals in a random pattern on felt. Refer to photo.

Place felt wreath around kitty’s neck on shirt and glue in place with Fabric Fusion®.

Sew six whiskers onto kitty’s face with black thread as shown.

Sew jingle bells to paws and tail of kitty with green thread.

Cut a piece of red ribbon, tie into a bow, then glue onto wreath with Fabric Fusion®, holding in place with a straight pin until set.

Tips

If jingle bells aren't your style, you can use Fabric Fusion to glue on pompoms!
