Project Instructions

Step 1 Cut two sheets of 12"x12" paper down to 3" strips and another into 2½" strips. Do not cut all paper at once, as the shape of the letter will determine the need for 3" tubes versus 2½" tubes.

Step 2 Take a strip of paper and roll it tightly around a pencil, one time, overlapping, beginning by ¼". Secure with tape runner.

Step 3 Cut excess paper strip with X-ACTO® knife.

Step 4 Continue this process until you have at least ten of each size of paper tubes.

Step 5 Now you can begin to glue 3" tubes (should be outline of the letter, while 2½" tubes will be used to fill in the letter).

Step 6 Using a hot glue gun begin to adhere the tubes.

Step 7 Repeat Step 2 if more tubes are needed to cover letter.
