- Glue Gun & Glue Sticks (for adult use only)

Project Instructions
Step: 1
Trace pattern onto poster board and decorative paper and cut out. Secure paper to poster board with tacky tape.
Step: 2
Shape patterned poster board to form a hat; secure with tacky tape and glue.
Step: 3
Secure chipboard to hat with pop dots as shown. Embellish with rhinestones and shimmer stickers.
Step: 4
Cut fringe and secure around hat and journal with tacky tape and glue. Glue fringe to top of hat.
Tips
Use photo as a guide and follow manufacturer’s instructions for all products used.
For extra strength, double stick tape poster board to back of hat pattern - this makes the hats more durable.
