Project Instructions
Step: 1
Glue 2 pieces of black felt together to make wider. Cut large circle from felt.
Step: 2
Glue 2 pieces of felt together end to end and roll into cylinder, secure with glue.
Step: 3
Glue cylinder to center of felt circle, cut felt circle to fit top of hat and glue in place. Trim with ribbon.
Step: 4
Cut stars from white foam and glue to hat.
Step: 5
Wand and Flowers:
Step: 6
Paint dowel black with tip white. Let dry.
Step: 7
Gather desired flowers together and wrap floral tape to secure. Add ribbon to stems to finish.
Step: 8
Wrap small bunch of flowers with floral tape, glue pin back to back.
Step: 9
Vest:
Step: 10
Cut sleeves from black shirt. Cut down center of shirt. Fold top back for lapels.
Step: 11
Trim bottom of shirt into v as shown. Sew on 3 buttons Use Velcro to close.
Step: 12
Cut 4 inch pieces from cuffs for the pockets, glue in place.
