- Creatology™ Neon Glitter Pack
- Cre11” x 14” White Poster Board
- Assorted Ribbon (white, yellow, orange, blue)
- Craft Glue
- Sharpie® Marker - Black
- White Cardstock
- Hole Punch
- Pattern Printed from Michaels.com
Project Instructions
Trace fish pattern onto cardstock with pencil. Outline pencil marks with black marker.
Apply glue and sprinkle with glitter. Let dry.
Cut kite shape from poster board.
Glue fish to center of kite.
Add wavy sections of glue to kite and sprinkle with glitter. Let dry.
Punch a hole at bottom of kite. Add about 12"-18" of blue ribbon and knot on back side of kite.
Cut other ribbon to about 3½" and knot on blue ribbon.
