Step: 1

Cut 2 cardboard pieces 4-inches x 4-inches.

Step: 2

Cut 2 pieces of black paper 6-inches x 6-inches. Run pieces through Xyron machine to apply adhesive. Place on cardboard, folding around edges, press into place.

Step: 3

Cut green strips ¼-inches, and cut red strips &½-inches. Run pieces through Xyron machine to apply adhesive. Place 2 green strips across cover, referring to photo for placement.

Step: 4

Place red strip over green strips, referring to photo for placement. Place remaining green strips on cover.

Step: 5

Spell Kwanzaa with alternating colors of red and green alphabet stickers.

Step: 6

Cut several pieces of white paper 3¾-inches x 3¾-inches.

Step: 7

Place front over white pages, with back on bottom, line up and punch two holes top and bottom on edge.

Step: 8

Cut 2 lengths of raffia 6-inches each, thread through holes and tie in bow.
