Using chalk, mark placement for dots on the sweatshirt.

Step: 3

Squeeze a small amount of Soft Paint onto foil. Use paint brush to fill in dots with Soft Paint. Repeat process for visor.

Step: 4

Squeeze a small amount of glue onto foil. Brush glue onto ribbon. Apply ribbon vertically down the center of the sweatshirt just below neckline.

Step: 5

Tie another piece of ribbon into a bow and glue to the top of the vertical strip of ribbon.

Step: 6

Wrap pipe cleaners around one of your fingers and gently stretch to make it long again.

Step: 7

Hole punch two holes on the top of the visor. Feed a pipe cleaner through each of the holes and twist ends to attach to visor.

Step: 8

Apply a bit of glue to the top of the each of the pipe cleaners and adhere black pom-poms.

Step: 9

Cut two 1-inch long pieces of dotted ribbon, trimming the ends at a diagonal to make a point. To create one wing, layer two pieces of tulle and twist ends. Glue twisted end of tulle under the pointed end of the ribbon. Repeat for remaining wing.
