Project Instructions
Step: 1
Cut out wing pattern and place on tulle. Pin in place if needed. Cut out wing. Repeat to create four wings. Set aside.
Step: 2
Using chalk, mark placement for dots on the sweatshirt.
Step: 3
Squeeze a small amount of Soft Paint onto foil. Use paint brush to fill in dots with Soft Paint. Repeat process for visor.
Step: 4
Squeeze a small amount of glue onto foil. Brush glue onto ribbon. Apply ribbon vertically down the center of the sweatshirt just below neckline.
Step: 5
Tie another piece of ribbon into a bow and glue to the top of the vertical strip of ribbon.
Step: 6
Wrap pipe cleaners around one of your fingers and gently stretch to make it long again.
Step: 7
Hole punch two holes on the top of the visor. Feed a pipe cleaner through each of the holes and twist ends to attach to visor.
Step: 8
Apply a bit of glue to the top of the each of the pipe cleaners and adhere black pom-poms.
Step: 9
Cut two 1-inch long pieces of dotted ribbon, trimming the ends at a diagonal to make a point. To create one wing, layer two pieces of tulle and twist ends. Glue twisted end of tulle under the pointed end of the ribbon. Repeat for remaining wing.
Step: 10
Glue wings to tops of shoulders just below neckline.
