Project Instructions

Select the 12"x12" green diamond print and planet page.

Use the green diamond print as your background. Cut two strips of the planet page, one that is 4¾"x12" and the other that is 3"x12". Adhere the first piece (with the planet strip on the top) flush with the top of the page, and the 2nd print (with the planet strip on the bottom) ¼" up from the bottom.

Mat your 4½"x6½" photo on a white piece of cardstock, adding a sayings sticker to the bottom. Attach this ½" from the left side of the page and just above your planet strip of paper. Attach two smaller photos (approximately 2¼"x3¾") to the right of your larger photo, lining up the top edges of all the pictures as you go across. Mat a vellum quote to the grid print; adhere this to the right of your two smaller photos. Add a strip of rickrack and baker's twine along the inner edges of your pictures as well as the vellum quote by attaching them just above your photos, and staggering the ending points below. Cover the ends with a small star adhered in place with a foam square.

Cut two additional strips that are 1"x12" from your planet print. Use these to make a raised strip above your photos by creating small pleats every inch. For the sections that stick up, reinforce them by adding an adhesive foam square under each one.

Using the photo as a reference, embellish the page with additional stars, journaling, banners, and dimension on the planets.
