- Celebrate It™ Elastic Headbands
- Embroidery Floss and needle
- Trims: “E” size beads, ribbon, rick rack, etc. (optional)
- Fabric glue (optional)
- Scissors
Project Instructions
Step: 1
Glue rick rack or ribbon down center of headband (optional).
Step: 2
Holding buttons together, stitch to headband. Knot on back or front of headband.
