Paint all sides of canvas. Let dry.

Measure and cut one piece of cardstock to cover the top of each square, from one or more prints.

Beginning with your first piece of canvas, start adhering the printed paper to each square. Decoupage glue is best used by taking out one square of paper and covering the top and the bottom with the glue.

Hold the corner of the paper square for approximately ten seconds. Lay paper down on the canvas square, smoothing it out along the length of the canvas until you reach the other side. Double check for any possible bubbles and smooth down the sides with a brush or your fingers.

Set aside to dry. Repeat with remaining pieces.

Finish by adding dimensional elements such as ribbon, words that are raised with foam squares or emphasized shapes raised with foam squares.
