Roll out cookie dough 1/8" thick and cut with cutter from set.
Bake and cool according to recipe instructions.
Tint a portion of Royal Icing Christmas Red and a portion Rose.
Using spatula, ice heart portion of cookie with Red Royal Icing.
Use tip 3 and Rose Royal Icing to pipe scalloped design on edges of cookie.
Attach White Sugar Pearls and scallop points with piping gel.
Print message with tip 2 and White Royal Icing.
Use tip 3 and White Royal Icing to pipe zig zags on wings. Use damp brush to pull icing for brushed embroidery look.
